Skagens Museum

Would you like to enjoy the feel of a beautiful and ageless pine floor? In that case we recommend a visit to Skagens Museum in Denmark! The guiding philosophy behind the furnishing of the museum was to let nature pay a visit, and plank flooring in pine has a natural aura of forest about it that few other varieties of wood can convey. The lye and white oil finish was chosen in order to preserve the character of the pine while at the same time adding light and modernity; a sound choice in an environment where nature has always played a central role.
More than 25 years have passed since we delivered the above floor to this world-renowned museum on northern Jutland in Denmark; a plank floor that has gained a fantastic patina through the years; a patina that can best be described with the words beauty and respect.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Skagens Museum for a tremendous collaboration through the years!
